Our Sales Fees

Our standard sales fee is £1,295.00 (VAT included).

For a limited period, properties located within the FY5 postcode area are eligible for a special introductory sales fee of £895.00 (VAT included). This offer is available until 30 April 2026.

The applicable fee will be confirmed and agreed in writing prior to instruction. All fees are payable on completion of sale. There are no hidden charges.

AML & Proof of Funds Checks

In accordance with our legal obligations, anti-money-laundering (AML) and proof of funds checks are required for all buyers.

A charge of £15 per buyer applies for AML and proof of funds checks. This charge covers the cost of electronic verification and related compliance checks and is payable per buyer requiring verification
