Our Sales Fees
Our standard sales fee is £1,295.00 (VAT included).
For a limited period, properties located within the FY2 postcode area are eligible for a special introductory sales fee of £895.00 (VAT included). This special fee applies to FY2 properties and is available until 30 June 2026.
For a limited period, properties located within the FY6 postcode area are eligible for a special introductory sales fee of £895.00 (VAT included). This special fee applies to FY6 properties and is available until 31 July 2026.
The applicable fee will be confirmed and agreed in writing prior to instruction. All fees are payable on completion of sale. There are no hidden charges.
What Our Sales Fee Includes
Our sales fee includes, as a minimum:
- A professional in-house property valuation
- Preparation of marketing particulars
- In-house property photography
- Floor plan preparation
- Property marketing across selected online portals
- Management of buyer enquiries
- Liaison with buyers and solicitors throughout the sales process
The exact scope of services provided will be confirmed in writing prior to instruction.
AML & Proof of Funds Checks
In accordance with our legal obligations, anti-money-laundering (AML) and proof of funds checks are required for all buyers.
A charge of £15 per buyer applies for AML and proof of funds checks. This charge covers the cost of electronic verification and related compliance checks and is payable per buyer requiring verification
